Taj Mahal Lucknow

Very good and beautiful hotel with excellent staff. All wishes are fulfilled. However, almost every day there is very loud music with a lot of bass coming from the neighboring building until late at night, making it impossible to fall asleep. Unfortunately, even after several phone calls, no solution was offered. Only at check-out was I asked why I hadn’t reported the issue — they said they would have offered me another room. It seems the staff were poorly instructed in this regard. A pity. As an addition: the nighttime noise occurred on two out of the three nights I stayed there.

Taj in general wonderful hotels to stay in, I ve never get disappointed on staying at taj hotels, incredibly welcoming pure Indian hospitality and staff are always there to help you about anybody you need with a big smile on their face 7/24. Whenever and wherever I am in Taj I feel very welcomed and extremely safe. Unlike other 5 stars hotels staff are not overly acting to get good tip. Also I had 2 diners at the restaurant in hotel called oudhyana, amazing! Still remember their amazing food , big big thank 🙏🏼 also I think Lucknow is very underestimated city however there are a lot to visit with a deep historical background ! I ll definitely go back to this city and again stay at Taj Mahal 🤍

We had arrived a bit early around 08:00 AM and they let us check in without much fuss. Breakfast was excellent and staff were quite willing to help - we wanted crispy dosa and we got that. Choices available for breakfast is also excellent. We had an issue with the taxi that we had arranged from a local company. It was an unsafe vehilce and we asked them to drop us back to the hotel. Hotel staff went out of their way and though all their own vehicles were unavailable they arranged one from their supplier in no time. Want to thank Ms. Ayesha for going out of her way in arranging this so speedily. We had already checked out and there was no compulsion on them to arrange something for us. The attitude of the staff at gate, reception and concierge just makes one realise how Taj excels in customer care.

We loved staying with you , there was a gentleness about your hotel . We want to thank Ayesha and Bhagot at the travel desk for all their help and patience they were incredible!!! We took a driver and car from your hotel his name was Amit , a big thankyou to him as well. Great service everywhere . Would definitely recommend this hotel 😃
